Joseph Murphy is the Senior Financial Advisor of MCU Investment Services. Registered through LPL Financial he oversees the investment program offered to members.

He assists his clients with retirement planning, strategic asset allocation and wealth transfer strategies. He is committed to providing his clients access to sound and honest investment advice and strategies.  Joe was previously a Managing Partner at TMFS, a Registered Investment Advisory firm in Braintree, MA. He also worked at Fidelity Investments in Boston over a ten-year period in a variety of sales and management positions.

Prior to his career in the financial services industry, Joe was commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Navy. He served for four years on active duty aboard a guided missile cruiser in the United States Pacific Fleet.

Joe earned his Master’s degree in Business Administration from Boston University School of Management and has a Bachelor’s degree from the College of The Holy Cross.

He holds the FINRA Series 7, 8, 24, 63, and 65 securities licenses through LPL Financial. He also holds a Commonwealth of Massachusetts Life and Health Insurance license.
